01 Provided as-is

TubeMine is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee 100 percent uptime, error-free analysis, or that any specific feature will keep working forever.

Use TubeMine to inform decisions, not to make irreversible ones. Sentiment models can be wrong. Comment counts can lag behind YouTube. Always sanity check before you publish a number.

02 YouTube data

TubeMine uses the YouTube Data API v3 under Google's YouTube API Services Terms of Service. By using TubeMine you are also bound by those terms with respect to YouTube data you see through the product.

We access only public comment data via the official API. No unauthorized fetching, no private endpoints, no owner-only data.

03 Acceptable use

A few non-negotiable rules. They exist to keep the service usable for everyone on a shared API quota.

  • No abuse of the shared API key. Do not script TubeMine to burn through quota for other users. Rate limits are enforced.
  • No automated harvesting behind our API. The product is for humans analyzing videos. Mass programmatic pipelines are not what this is for.
  • No reselling raw data. You may use analysis results in your own reports, decks, and content. You may not repackage the underlying comment data and sell it.
  • Comments are public data. Your downstream use of insights from TubeMine, including any decisions based on them, is your responsibility.

04 Account suspension

We can suspend accounts that abuse the service in any of the ways listed above, or that put the platform's stability or quota at risk. Suspension is not our first move.

We will email you before suspending, explain what we observed, and give you a reasonable window to respond. Egregious cases (active exploitation, repeated quota exhaustion after a warning) may skip the warning.

05 Pricing changes

If we change pricing or what is included at each tier, existing Pro subscribers get at least 30 days notice by email before the change applies to their billing. You can cancel any time in that window through the customer portal and pay the old rate for any remaining cycle.

06 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by emailing hello@tubemine.app first will be brought before the courts of Almaty.

If a clause in these terms is found unenforceable in your jurisdiction, only that clause falls away. The rest still applies.

07 Contact

Questions, requests, or anything that does not fit a bug report: hello@tubemine.app. One human reads every message.
